Keyvice USA is an online platform catered to doctors, estheticians and estheticians by enabling easy, efficient and fast shopping experience. We aim to provide quick, one-in-all shopping solutions to medical practitioners by incorporating all the products you need in one place.

What type of products do you have?

Keyvice aims to bring you the best products for your practice. All of our products are manufactured and shipped from South Korea. Our product range includes top quality K-Beauty products featuring skin boosters, skincare lineups, PDO threads as well as medical devices. What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, AMEX, GooglePay and ApplePay.

How do I use Promo codes?

If you have a promo code available for use, make sure to apply the code during checkout. Please note that all promo codes are eligible for one-time use only.

Are the products safe to use?

All of our products have been tested and registered by various organizations, acquiring all the necessary licenses for each product. For more information, visit our product range.

SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?

Standard shipping will take between 4-10  business days.

Expedited shipping will take between 3-5 business days.

Shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as the weather, courier and logistics.

How do I track my shipment?

Once the order is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once the product is shipped, you will receive another email including tracking information.

Are signatures required upon delivery?

Signing is typically not required, but some exceptions may occur.

I made a mistake in my order, how do I cancel/edit my order?

If you’ve made a mistake in your placed order, please contact inquiry@keyviceusa.com within 5 hours to ensure the product is not shipped out before making changes. If the product is shipped before the order is canceled/edited, you will have to go through our refund process. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

If you change your mind, we accept returns for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Shipping charges may occur depending on the distance of your location. 


If you receive the package and the item is damaged, we offer item exchange or refund at no cost. For more information, please visit our refund policy here.

What are the steps for refunds and exchanges?

Should you wish to return the product that is not damaged, please send the product back to us, and we will refund the amount once the inspection has been completed. Return labels will be provided by us at no cost.

How do I register my account?

  1. Click the person icon on the top right corner.
  2. Click the Register New Account button.
  3. Fill out the form accordingly. (Note: Medical ID is required to register with Keyvice USA)
  4. Start your shopping experience!

I can’t log in to my account

If you are getting an error message upon logging in, you can try the following steps below:

  1. Check you’re using the same email address you used to sign up
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click the Reset Password button here and follow the instructions.

How do I edit my account information?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the person icon on the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down and you’ll see the edit my profile section on the bottom.
  4. Once edited, click save.
